The grooving machine is a glueless grey board grooving equipment, it has vacuum sucking system, which can do cardboard, grey board and MDF grooving.
This machine works stable, higi accuracy, low noise, easy to collecting the grooving waste
Performance and characteristics
1. It adopts PLC control, featuring in simple operation. The errors are displayed directly on the HMI,which helps the operator easily remove them.
2. The cardboard feeder is controlled by linear guide line and servo motor,positioning accurately and swiftly.
3. Equips with a vacuum pump to keep the cardboard grooved accurately without any movement.
4. In the cardboard feeder, the machine can automatically stop when lack of cardboard to reduce the waste rate.
5. Durable knife, equips with grinder which makes operation easier.
6. Wide use: Can be used in grooving the paperboard, corrugated board, cardboard, MDF and other materials etc.

Advantage of the Dust free Grooving machine
1. Less deviation -- using a serious of Vacuum System to suck the paper board powerfully. And cardboard is feeding on the Plate-type linear guideway so that it will not go wrong way.
2. No deformation -- vacuum system will suck the paperboard without any deformation.
3. Dust-free -- after grooving, the furface of the cardboard is clean.
4. The most High Accuracy -- 0.1mm, almost no deviation when grooving.
5. High Speed -- 35/min.
6. PLC control -- easy to control, and easy for workers to operate. One operator is enough.
7. Automatic -- have an auto feeder, the machine will feeding the cardboard automatically.
8. Equipped with an automatic waste conveyor belt -- automatically collecting the waste paper, and the waste paper is recyclable. Waste conveyor belt is below the grooving work table.
